Jensen

Jensen, a name synonymous with British grand touring, carved a unique niche in automotive history. Founded in 1930, the company initially built bodies for other manufacturers. Their true identity emerged with the introduction of the innovative four-wheel-drive Ferguson Formula system in the 1960s, notably showcased in the Jensen FF.

The Interceptor, with its Italian-designed body and powerful American V8 engines, became the brand's most recognizable model, embodying a blend of luxury and performance. Despite technical innovation and a loyal following, Jensen faced financial struggles, leading to several ownership changes and ultimately, the company's demise in 1976. The brand's legacy, however, endures, remembered for its distinctive styling, pioneering technology, and the enduring appeal of its grand touring ethos.
